Who: Open to all females
The top female will receive a $200 stipend to the National Women’s Open and a Championship trophy.
The top scholastic finisher in the open section will receive the nomination to attend the Susan Polgar Girls Invitational Tournament for 2016 for the state of Georgia (must be a Georgia resident).

Format: 3-SS, G/90; d5
Entry Fee: $45
Prizes: $125 for 2nd, $75 for 3rd place, or 65% of registered players, whichever is higher. More entries, higher prize fund
Rounds: Saturday 10 a.m.; 2:00 p.m.; 6:00 p.m.
Girls Rated Beginners’ Open
Come hangout with girls, and enjoy crafts, cupcakes and chess! Win some door prizes too!
Under 1200 and unrated
Format: 4-SS, G/60;d5
Prizes: $100 for 1st place; 1st, 2nd, 3rd place trophies. More entries, higher prize fund.
Entry Fee: $30

Round Times: 10:30; 12:15; 2:00; 3:30
3 Sections: USCF membership required: Under 600, 600 – 999 and Premier for players rated 1000 and above. Players may play up one section if ever within 100 points of the section. New and unrated players wishing to get a rating should play in the Under 600 section. Boards will be provided – clock are optional.
Entry Fee: $25 Advance entry only. Payments should be received by 11:59PM Wednesday, September 14. Limit of one ½ point bye available in any round and must be requested at registration. No changes after 9PM Sept. 16.

Trophies to top player of each section. One team trophy, will be awarded to the school with the most points based on 5 players combined, in the 3 rated sections. Points are earned by 1 for each point in the Under 600 Section, 1.5 points for each point in the 600 – 999 Section and 2 points for each point in the Premier Section. Teams must have at least 5 players to be eligible for a Team Trophy.
The Premier Section: 1st place $50 in addition to trophy.

** This is our home and we would appreciate your assistance in keeping it clean. As such, this will be a Leave No Trace Event. In a nutshell, that means at the end of the event we should never know that a tournament was held. Please monitor your space and dispose of trash and clean up spills.
