IN 2 SECTIONS
Under 800: USCF membership required, games will be rated. Must have a rating of
799 or below to enter. Trophies to top three, top three u600, u400, u200 and all plus
scores.
Unrated: No USCF membership required, the games will not be rated. Trophies to top
three in each group of K-8, K-4, K-1 and all plus scores.
ROUND TIMES: 11, 1, 2:30, 4.
Please request byes when you register. Half-point all rounds (limit 2), must commit before
1st round. If you must leave and will miss a round, you must contact one of the room TDs.
To leave without notification means a player has no one to play.
Advanced Registration: $25 received by midnight Thursday, Aug 24 Online at

Championship: Must be at least 1600. First prize = $100, Second prize = 50, under
2000 prize = $50.
Under 1700: Must be between 1099 and 1699. First prize = $75, Second prize =
37.50, under 1500 prize = $37.50.
Under 1200: Must be 1199 and below. First prize = $75, Second prize = 37.50, under
1000 prize = $37.50.
Unrated: (No USCF membership) Prize = $50

ROUND TIMES: 10-1:30- 5.
BYES: Half Point Byes available in rounds 1 and 2. Please request byes when you register.
If you must leave and will miss a round, you must contact one of the room TDs. To leave

Format: 5 Round USCF Rated Swiss System Tournament in 4 Sections. Time Control: G/30 5 sec delay.

Sections: Open (1400+ Rating), Reserve (1000-1399), Junior Open (600-999), Junior Reserve (100-599)

Eligibility: All players must be members of the United States Chess Federation. Scholastic event. Players will not be allowed to complete the tournament without a valid membership. 
Unrated players only eligible for trophy prizes. 
Special top prize winners must have 25+ games completed before round 1 of event.

Entry Fee: $69 by 8/5, $75 on site.

No Refunds after round 1 has started. 

Bye(s): One half point bye allowed. Must be requested at the time of registration and used before round 5.
